Hi guys, what do you guys think
is SSG better ? or sidewinder ??
what you guys think about it, i know its a cisco forum but still thought i should ask you guys

SSG by far.
I have used the Juniper SSG 550M
This is a very nice device, but it mainly depends on your application for it. There is so much the SSG can do and Juniper is working on adding JunOS on the SSG and making it able to function as a router too, sounds a lot like the ASA. Juniper has come a long way and I have used the Cisco line and the Juniper line, once you use the Juniper you will never want to go back to the Cisco gear.

I haven't used sidewinder. But while evaluating it in POC, I don't like the logging system. SSG is better.
My recommendation for firewalls are Checkpoint, Juniper, and Cisco. Anything less, I better use Linux IPTables :)
