Is there any tool to calculate BOM (bill of material) for Cisco optical products?

Cisco Transport Planner (used to be called Metro Planner) is a licensed tool that will generate a BOM.

How can we get this tool as a partner?

You can get Cisco TransportPlanner as a partner. You need to ask for it your Cisco representative (account group) and they’d be able request the tool for you.

Note, this too is for 15454 (M2/M6/M15) MSTP platform.
