problem with my link backup

hello,

i have router 1760 with 2 link (FR and ISDN)but my ISP not suply Frame Relay link.ISDN functions normal but when I start again the line remains here down grandma me ping on the LAN of the other routeur but when me ping on the footbridge his/her/its ping.

my config :

*router eigrp 2 for primary link

*router eigrp 3 for standby link

*without the backup command

the two to route waits for the initialization of communication by someone, (to Route or PING) because when I make "show ip routes" I find eigrp 3 without UPDATE.

is what you can help me.

what is the interresting traffic (dialer-list) that can open ISDN connection?

what do you mean by footbridge?

footbridge or gateway: WAN directly connected

(10.X.Z.13).
