ICM 7.2.2 c:\icm\bin\regcom.exe <--Anyone know what this file is used for?

Am I the only ICM user that has the following executable on their servers? Our security group found this file and suspect that it is a program called Aeasy Registry commander, but I suspect that it is a part of ICM Support tools suite. Anyone know what this file is used for?

On all of my enterprise installs.

I'm pretty sure it's part of the base ICM/IPCC install, as the support tools specific executables live within the support tools directory.
