Currently all associated devices (all are non-Cisco) do not display a host name within the Association summary screen. I can access the device via name from any server on the network though. Is there an AP setting I can change or is this a client or DHCP issue?

There is no unique option for enabling this. But check Whether the Aironet Extension option is enabled or disabled under Network Interfaces -> Radio 802.11 B/G menu. Try disabling it and check if it resolves the issue.

The Aironet Extension option is disabled already. DO you know how the associated device name is determined?
