is there a 100MB Multimode fibre GBIC that is supported within the WS-C6724-SFB 6500 module, the documentation states that the GLC-GE-100FX GBIC is not supported, is this correct?
yes thats correct you need the other card to support this cannot remember the partno though, we had the same issue when we started deploying the 1500 series APs that use 100 Mb fibre
