LMS 3.01 Data collection issues

Hi,

I recently installed 3.0 and upgraded it to 3.01. I was able to do the device discovery and got 142 devices added in DCR.

when I was trying to do a data collection in campus manager it didnot get started. So I tried including devices from DCR, and out of 142 devices only 66 devices got added and that too are shown as unknown and the remaining devices are unmanaged in CM.

while in RME, I was able to do the config management and inventory collection for all the devices.

is there I need to do anything special for LMS 3.01

Data Collection will use the SNMP credentials configured in DCR just as it has done in LMS 2.x. and 3.0. If Campus is unable to manage the devices in question, you may have an SNMP view applied to your community strings that is blocking critical objects needed by Campus Manager, or you have set your SNMP timeouts and retries too low for Data Collection.
