CSM 3.1 and ASA 8.0

My customer is planning on migrating a portion of its installed ASAs to the lates 8.0 code. Also, they are currently managing this devices with CSM 3.1.

The issue here is that in the Supported Software docummentation for 3.1, the ASA version 8.0 is not mentioned. There are several reasons for them to move to the next version but they wonder what will be the effects of CSM not supporting the new code.

Providing that my sources are right and 8.0 is not supported, does anyone know any known workaround?

I was able to connect our ASA 5540 with 8.0.3-6 code. I have two other ones I am trying to connect via port 4443 and having an issue but I think it is a port 4443 and if I used port 443 it would work.
