My apoligies if this question has been posted before, but we are running IPCC Express Premium Edition 4.04 and we are started to receive the error indicating that we've reached the maximum number of available logins.
We are currently licensed with 50 seats. There are only 30 agents and 3 supervisors logged in currently, yet we are receiving this error message. What could be causing this? Thank you.

Leonard,
Sorry to hear you are having troubles.
Check your systems/license under CRS admin
You may have some agents not logged out properly so check your agent stats from reporting
if you can afford to recycle and see if the problem continues.
lastly as always save the logs open a TAC case.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I believe you may be correct in that the agents may not have been logged out correctly that particular day as we have not seen the problem since. I'm wondering if an agent needs to close out of CAD completely instead of just clicking the logout button. Thanks again.
