I have the inside address and the address that the MX records point to, can you please tell me the proper command to open port 25 on a 515 PIX?

If you have configured nating properly u can open the port 25 for access from outside to inside by :
access-list permit ip any 25
access-group in interface outside

You wouls also need to define a static address translation
static(inside, outside) netmask 255.255.255.255
