Files corrupting, urgent

hi guys, we have branches in 3 cities, CityA, CityB, CityC. we are experiencing a strange issue at CityB, all the files that are being sent or recieved from CityB are corrupted !!, in CityB we have a 3640 router with this IOS

c3640-jk9o3s-mz.124-12.bin, the switch is 2950 at the LAN of CityB,i have checked the LAN and WAN interface of CityB router but there are no CRC or other errors shown, whichever file we are sending or recieving is corrupted and doesnt open, does anybody can give me a clue as to what shall we look for ?? CityA and CityB are perfectly ok

Really doesn't sound like a network problem. I think I would start looking for infected clients for something like that if you have done connectivity and ping tests around the network and everything looks ok .
