UC 520 reinstalled CME OK Now not able to get access to CUE GUI

Hi, I reinstalled CME on my UC 520 as I was getting issues with it, the problem is that now I am unable to access CUE via the Web GUI

When I did was:

Format flash:

Write erase

Copy tftp ios to flash:

xtract CME-Phone phone loads to flash

xtract CME--Support-Files to flash

copy the factory config to startup-config

reload

Everything seems ok except access to the CUE GUI, I guess Im missing files on flash or something ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated to get this issue resolved.

Thanks,

Craig.

Are you browsing to 10.1.10.1 or 10.1.10.2. Your CUE is at 10.1.10.1.

Craig,

Do you have the service-engine interface for CUE setup? Do you have an ip route statement for the service-engine interface? Can you post your config?

Brandon

Hi Brandon, yes its all setup just used the quick configuration tool and plugged in 3 phones. When I phone an extension without picking it up I go through to voicemail.

Attached is the configuration.

Craig.

Can you ping the CUE ip address? What happens when you try to browse to the GUI?

Brandon

I can ping all IP addresses inc 10.1.10.2 (CUE)

I get the standard CME Gui when I try to browse to 10.1.10.2

Anything different if you browse to 10.1.10.2/web?

Brandon

I just noticed that your service-engine ip address is 10.1.10.1, so 10.1.10.1/web should take you to the CUE GUI.

Brandon

I get a message saying this page cannot be found

Brendon, yes you are correct.

I wasn't concentrating. Thanks for your help!.
