I've got a trouble with managing deivces under the CW LMS.
Software discovers devices but don't let me manage.
I'v got this config on routers:
snmp-server community xxxxx RO
snmp-server community yyyyy RW
snmp-server ifindex persist
snmp-server chassis-id router_1812_b
snmp-server host 10.1.34.100 version 2c xxxxx
snmp-server host 10.1.34.100 version 2c yyyyy
I chacked credentials 10 times every thing seems to be fine, as i write above
i see every device but when i want to change config for example in Cisco View error pop up:
Timeout on xxxxxxx
This error could be due to lack of access to the host, inwalid SNMP credentials, or a busy device.
To correct problem, do one of the following:
-verify access to the host
-check the SNMP credentials
-incrase timeout value through the preference options on the chassis view
Anyone, could help me with a tip.

You should get a sniffer trace of CiscoView trying to communicate with the device to verify that it is using the correct community string. If it is, then perhaps you do need to increase the timeout in CV.

You might want to enable CiscoView debugs to get more details on what is happening with snmp.
Also, increase snmp timeout values.
CiscoView - Admin - Debug options and display log
Select SNMP and Activity tracing and click apply and view trace
Minimize the trace window and perform the operation
After it fails what do you see in the trace window? Any snmp errors?

OK,
I cleared config on devices and in CW, and I fill it again and now it works :|
