Memory Parity Error

Hi, I have a very big issue here. My 7206 Router suddenly reboot. I don't know what happen. On the show version it has a message " memory parity error at PC 0x6077DBFC " what does it mean? how do I troubleshoot this?

If you have a support contract, contact Cisco TAC.

I'm tolled by the TAC, and experience confirms, that this may happen once and the device is fine ever after. It may also start to repeat this kind of reboot at an ever increasing rate.

As we have several customers that insist we replace the supervisor anyway I'm not able to say what the actual ratio is. TAC might be able to.
