When trying to dial from Outlook Contacts I get error message : "Internal Error in the Automatic Phone Dialer". Was this ever resolved?

Hi Rich,
I guess you are trying the CISCO Outlook Dialer?
What version of CM are you trying it with?
If you're interested in a version that doesn't require TAPI on the desktop, we offer free and paid versions of a simple Outlook click-to-dial application.

Hi Peter,
Yes it is the Cisco Outlook Dialer.
I need it working on CCM 5.1 and CUCM6 Business Edition.
Can you help?

Took while to find, but here is the title of a thread where Jake got it working in 5.1.2 and posted instructions.
IP Telephony: TSP - dialing from Outlook in CM 5.1.2
