Despite changing to a new Exchange server I'm still gets lots of the follow Warnings.
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: CiscoUnity_AvWM
Event Category: Error
Event ID: 29016
Description:
Error accessing server:<OldExchangeServer>.
I ran the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard successfully. If I run Unity Advanced Settings Tool and check the following parameter 'System - Exchange 2000/Exchange 5.5 mixed messaging:server name' is shows <NewExchangeServer>
I searched regedit and the instances below all have references to the OldExchangeServer hostname. I'd like to change all the instances to the NewExchangeServer name and restart Unity service. Any comments on doing this?
NB. OldExchangeServer is out of production. Both old and new Exchange servers are 2003 sp2.

well this is the biggest problem but not your only one.
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Unity System Profile\13dbb0c8aa05101a9bb000aa002fc45a\001e6612
the Unity System Profile has to be pointed to the server that Unity is partnered with.
did you run pw and scw?

Hi -
In addition to what Randy recommended, check to make sure the unity_servername mailbox, which resides on the partner mail server and is used for voice messages from external callers, exists. What version of Unity are you running?

I did run pw after the change and restart the Unity service. What's scw?

Hi -
SCW is the Service Configuration Wizard. This is the wizard used to specify the account names and passwords used on the Unity server, other than those services that run under the Local Account. If you change accounts or passwords, you need to rerun this.
