Best Practices to Configure CAR

Hi,

I am looking for advice on configure CAR on my outside router. I will have redundant routers with both two 12 meg pipes out to the internet. I would like to balance both routers and only allow 8 megs to my own dedicated traffic. Does any have good docs or configurations examples? Thanks

That document will cover traffic shaping and policing as a whole, including CAR.

CAR has largely been supplanted by the more powerful and standardized features in the Modular QoS CLI. Those topics are all covered in that one document.
