Dear Voice engineers,
recently I have added a Voice gateway ith Fxo port into CCM .
My router is registered in CCM .but when I want to call outside via my ip phones the FXO port wont e off-hook
any idea?

Do a debug mgcp packet in the router and check if proper digits are being sent by CCM.
Check if FXO port is LS or GS and is properly configured in both CCM and GW.
Shut no shut after the change.
