I do have the proper configuration and also I have the DEVICENAME configured but still not working...

i tried to follow the troubleshooting guide ...... it says the virtual directory is not configured properly....however i do not see any virtual directory with the name 'LoginService'

Which version of CCM?

AD or DCD integrated?

You can try to enable EM traces if you are 100% sure config is ok.

And upload them I can take a look.

the version for the CCM is 4.2 and it is integrated into the defualt DC Directory...

i found it out...

i had the #DEVICENAME# configured as #devicename#......

i changed it and it is working fine...
