The VoIP Monitoring Service is running along with all other services.
The IPC server only has one NIC configured.
Question : Do you still have to configure PSPAN/RPSAN/VSPAN for Silent monitoring for any anything like agent-to-agent, etc.. I read all the docs and it says to configure it for agent to agent and especially conference calls.
If so what would be the best way since all the VoIP servers reside in VLAN 30 and the Agents Phones are in VLAN 51.
The customer has an application that I am passing enterprise data to the agent phone but they want it to invoke a Macro to fill in a field the their Customer Maanger App MActive by AdBase. The problem is that if I invoke the application *.exe it will open another session that the agent must log into again! and by the end of the day they might have X amount open if they do not keep logging off each session. Is there a better way to do this? I have never done this before so its a learning experience.
