IP Phone 7971 Load file problem

Hi,

I have few new 7971 Ip phones, but when i am trying to autoregister these phones , its showing the phone type as 7960 and its picking up the device load TERM-71 default.i tried adding these phone manually and am getting some error.

If i go to model information on the phone it shows 7971G-GE but there is no device load as such, the device load availble is for 7971.

Can some one help me on this ASAP.

This issue could be due to missing device pack to support the 7971 in the CCM. Add the Device Pack in order to add the 7971 in the CCM and then load the latest Phone load.
