Problem with incoming calls

i need a solution for the following problem: Incoming calls are functinally after a second try. The caller hears at first try the message" The number is not assign". The System is a CCME 4.2 on a Cisco2811 with IOS version 12.4(11)XW2

What can i do to resolve this problem?

Hi Jörg,

"After 2nd try" and "incoming" sounds like you have 2 PSTN interfaces with different translations or COR stuff on them.

Check your interfaces for differences in the config and check if you get the same numbers (length) from the provider.
