Unity Call handler transfer to IPCC

Hi, when unity tries to transfer to ipcc is says your call is being transfered and it then gives a busy tone. If I dial IPCC directly it works.. any idea why this might be happening?

also I forgot to mention if i dial unity call handler locally it does transfer me to IPCC only when dialed from the PSTN it doesnt transfer to IPCC. so Im thinking it might not be CSS issue or can it still be?

Try placing a "Delay" step at the beginning of your script for 1 or 2 seconds. We had the same issue and this corrected the situation. Good luck.

Thank you for your response. I added the delay step after the accept step and it did not solve my issue =(

Sorry, should have been clearer, try placing the delay before the "accept" step.
