7911 Idle-Time

We have a requirement from one of our clients.


What they require is a idle-time for each of the phones in a hunt-group.


The client is a customer service organisation, who require a 'limited' idle-time once a call has been completed, BEFORE the next call is received, so that the staff can write-up notes for the caller.


No idea, whether this is possible or whether I'm just missing a setting someplace.
