6500, MSFC2-PFC error %IPC-SP-STDBY-5-WATERMARK

Hello, the complete error I'm getting is %IPC-SP-STDBY-5-WATERMARK: 1405 messages pending in rcv for the port Card1/1:Request(2110000.5) seat 10000

I can't seem to find this error anywhere online or documentation, can anyone point me in the right direction?
