You can try with the software named "WITNESS" for recording purpose of voip calls.

Hello Seniors in VoIP and UC and friends,

At my company we have a project to deployed this year a Centralized VoIP recording System, our VoIP is controlled by our Cisco Communications Manager. Now is v4.2 and soon v 6.0 with new servers also.

We are about to evaluate a solution from NICE Systems offered by a local Integrator.

In case you have other solutions please advice.

The mainly VoIP recording request are for calls in LAN/WAN Connections and local and remote VoIp Gateways:

calls originate in our Backbone toward branch offices with VoIP Gateways

- VoIP calls in same Backbone .

- VoIP calls between offices through IP WAN ( IP MPLS from Carrier ).

- Calls from PSTN through our distributed VoIP Gateways and end up in Cisco IP Phones or to VoIP gateway connected to a legacy PBX.

- VoIP Calls coming from Internet through VPN IPSec to our Backbone.
