Cisco Network Assistant - Discovery issues

The discovered Device asks for Authentication level 15, but the entered access details comes up with authentication failed.

For other devices, it comes up with connection error.

You could try connecting to the IP address that has the problem from a browser on the same PC and verify if you can connect and if the authenticatgion details work.
