Hi,
i need connfigure auto attendant on CCM 5.x. I planning on using for AA only CallManager. Anyone have anything that might help?

AA can be configured in Unity, IPCC or Unity Express only. I think we cannot configured AA in CCM

You will need CRS running on a separate win 2000 server.
