Hi all, If I have a server and team my nics then connect each nic to a seperate switch, what would happen, what is the rule for creating etherchannel for teamed nics ?

When teaming nics and etherchanneling, they have to be to the same switch. Its not possible to etherchannel two nics from a server to two different switches...

Depends on the switch. The 3750s support cross stack etherchannel.
I believe that the recently introduced VSS tech on the cat 6K also supports cross switch etherchannel. Other than that, you'll have to rely on the nic vendor's implementation of loadbalancing/redundancy.
