I see that a lot of features that were available in CSM are not available is ACE? Any specific reason those features are not available, the documentation says that they will be available in the future?

Hello,

The CSM is a very mature product that has been around for many years. Therefore, the feature set is also very rich.

The ACE module is a newer product, in relation to the CSM. While there are still some features supported in the CSM that are not yet implemented in the ACE, there are also features in the ACE that are not supported in the CSM. For example, the ACE supports virtualization, role-based access control, rollback services, and many more.

Cisco is working very hard to add to the features of the ACE module. Stay tuned for ACE software 2.0 due out later this quarter, as it will add a plethora of new features.

Best regards,

Sean
