Hi, Is there any operator console I can use that support SIP Snom phones? I have a CCME and a Cisco 7960 operator phone but extension are using third party (SNOM). I need to monitor the status of these extensions. I tried configuring presence but it never worked. The ARC express software also does not support the SIP environment. Please help
Won't work, because the extension module, that works only in SCCP, will not monitor anything else than SCCP phones (ephone-dn).
