Has anyone come up with what fields will sum up to the Calls Offered Today? I have summed all fields that I thought would but still come up short. Not by much, but short nonetheless. Maybe someone has put together some type of cheat sheet? I've referenced the schema doc but it does not provide the calculation to reach Calls Offered Today. Any help is appreciated!
BTW, this is a single site IPCC implementation. Simple stuff so there is nothing tricky going on in the scripting. Also, I'm pulling this data directly from the DB, not via webview.
