Problem in transfering a call via another line

Hi,

i have CME containing FXO and E1. the FXO is dedicated for direct Line.

the problem is when i receive one call via FXO direct line and i want to transfer it to the outside, the busy signal is heared.

i know that is not possible via FXO.

My question is : is it possible to transfer external calls via E1.

Yes, this is possible with E1. Make sure that you have the "transfer-pattern .T" command under telephony-service. This will allow transfers to any destination.
