Can anybody tell me if I can stack a new 3750 to a working one without any ditruption to the network

Yes in general adding a new switch member to an existing switch stack shouldn't disrubt the running network and can be safely done.

Yes you should be able to add new 3750 in existing stack without affecting stack performance.
