I experienced a mwi issue with an integrated meridian and cisco unity mail. They are connected by Cisco PIMG equipment. The connection are 8 nortel digital extension lines properlly configured. Everything works fine beside one sitiation.
When you dial a Nortel phone combined with Cisco voice mail box, after you hear a "not available...please leave a message after the tone" greeting, but you just hang up after the tone. The Message lamp is on but no announcement for new message when you login.
I had to add the MCK key on the phone to temporary solve this problem.
Is there anybody experienced such issue and have some ideas?
