/31 on vlan interface

Hi,

Can I use /31 mask on vlan interface for point to point link?

I'm using /31 mask between my core and distribution directly on physical interface. I now need to convert to vlan interface to add VRF

Hi Dominib,

Yes you can but it will not exactly be a like a layer 3 point to point link as to connect second node you have to connect the boxes via layer 2 link. But certainly /31 mask is possible on vlan interface.
