Cannot see database in Data Source Name dropdown

I added an ODBC connection on my server and added a database connection in AppAdmin, but still do no get anything in the dropdown for Data Source on any DB related item in my scripts. Am I missing a step or do I need to open a TAC case? Thanks!

Did you set up the DB Worker service?

I'm not sure. I see the Database Subsystem is running under the CRS Engine. Is that what you mean?

Hi Tim,

is your DB subsystem running and in service? Could you ping the remote DB? Is the OPDBC connection working?

Are you running a Premium version?

DB subsystem is running and in service.

I can successfully connect via my ODBC connection.

Yes I am running Premium.

Now I do have a dual server configuration. The database subsystem is running on the master and not on the secondary. Is that right?

Oops sorry I didn't see you say appadmin, I was talking about enterprise.

Yes, I should have been more specific. I am running IPCC Express premium 4.04.

I got it. I had created the ODBC connection on both servers, but had a typo in the name on the secondary server. duhh...
