Does the Catalyst 6500 support line cards or modules with 10G fiber ports, I do not meant the ports on the SUP720?

The only 10GE card for the 6k is the 6704-10GE card. All 67xx cards are only supported on the Sup720, so the short answer is no.

The WS-X6708-10GE-3C module is also available. It's 8-port 10GE with X2 ports instead of XENPAK and has a few other features.
