When our users call in to check voice mail they need to hit the * key when the prerecorded message starts. Then they are prompted for their acct # and password. In some cases when the * key is pressed they are directly routed to our receptionist. I can't replicate the issue from any phone I call in on. I suspect at this point that this is a setting somewhere on their acct that I have yet to find! Anyone out there with some idea? I would appreciate hearing from you!
