MeetingPlace Audio - Change sound levels in sNAMEDDISCBEEP ???

I have been getting feedback from my MeetingPlace users to see if we can lower the sound levels on the "beeps" associated with people "joining" or "leaving" a conference call. I found "custom Prompts" and names of prompts like (sNAMEDDISCBEEP), but no where can I learn how to "lower the volume" on these or replacement with a "softer" sound. Help or advice freely accepted.

To change the volume on MP you would need to do this system wide, which I would not recommend. I think you do have a good idea by using custom prompts. What you could do is record an alternative prompt at a lower volume and see if this helps the issue.
