LMS 3.0 Licensing

Does anyone know how LMS calculates devices in a stack (such as 3750's). Is it counted as 1 device or is each member counted?

Also does anyone know if there are any other limitations to getting a 100 device license besides just limiting the number of devices (ie are there other features with limitations) ?

The stack is counted as one device because that is how it is managed. Clusters, on the other hand, are managed in such a way that each device is counted against the limit.

The device limits are the only restrictions imposed by the licenses. There is no feature limiting.

How about standby devices? (standby firewall, standby CSS)?

Any device which gets an entry in the device selector counts against an application's license limit. So standby devices will count against the limit.
