When/where we need to made redis with these long Attributs

Hi,

the LONG attributes have many things included!!!

1st internal and external matching:

When you use match keword with redistribution you can ask the router to redistribute the internal and external type 1 and type 2 (of ospf in this case)to redistribute in to another routing protocol doamin.

2nd:

The 1 1 1 1 1 metric is used under eigrp for BW Dealay load etc parameters.If you configured the redisribution with these values the metric will be very low.

Under ospf metric can not be 1 1 1 1 1.

It should be only one number the cost.

Such attributes help you to have control over redistribution.

Hi Ali

This is redistributing OSPF routes, both internal and external type 1 and external type 2 into IGRP/EIGRP.

The 1 1 1 1 1 are needed because IGRP/EIGRP use 5 separate values for their metric.
