CSM ISSUE

I have an issue with CSM.One of our remotly connected (L3 MPLS) site is no able to get one intranet site.2 realServers are connected to csm which is behind firewall.

I have rased a TAC case sr 607589937.all the captures and detais are there.If somebody want more info pls lemme know

There is a problem on the CSM in the sense that the syn/ack seq number is not consistent causing the client to reset the connection.


This is a match for :


CSCse90720 - CSM SYN/ACK sequence number not consistent for a single connection


However, the duplicate syn is a problem caused by another device in your network and it might be worth investigating as well after upgrading the CSM.
