CDBLException Dump: [Object creation failed] Administration

This error is found in the main admin page of the Cisco Callmanager . Im not able to add phones. Cant start the CallManager service either in the servicability page it says error 1547. Pls help need immediate help.

The error means that there is SQL replication issues between Subscriber and Publisher.

On your publisher, can you run DBHelper.exe and select re-initialize to sync the databases.

It should be under C:/Program Files/Cisco/Bin, or just search, btw what version of call manager are you running?

Please note that you may not have this tool. It does not neccesarily ship with callmanager. Sometimes you are reffered to TAC to get this tool.

I am sure someone here on the forum can send the tool to you.

One other thing you need to do is this, you need to run admin utility tool to check password sycnronisation on your cluster.

Admin utility is in the same folder as DBLhelper
