http: trigger script

Can someone help with this. I am running IP-IVR 4.0(4). I have created an http trigger to call a CRS script. If I am reactive debugging script, it works fine, but if I call the http trigger while I'm not debugging, the script doesn't appear to do anything. Ideas?

Are you receiving any error messages in the eventlog. If so, please provide the same so that we can nail down to a particular issue.
