Changing Ringer through CallManager Administration 4.1.3

We have a customer that has a location that has 2 different departments in the same open office. Each phone has a DID and a shared line for their department. They want the main line for each department to have a different ring. Is there a way to change this through callmanager administration or does someone have to manually change the ringer on each phone for the extension?

Sadly, this will have to be set up on a phone by phone basis :(
