CUE - email notification

Hi,


CME 4.1 on a 2801

CUE AIM Version 3.1.1


I have enabled Notifications for all messages via email for a specific user.

I also enabled notifications system wide.

I then entered my SMTP Server IP.


I tested that from the router I can telnet (using a source IP of the Service Module) to port 25 of my mail server and send a message to that user from the configued send address.


However, when I leave a message for that user they never get an email...


I am not sure if there are any debugs or trouble shooting I can do to see if it is attempting to send the email...


Any help would be appreciated.

The Message Notification settings and schedule can be changed via TUI, VoiceView Express and also through a web session. They can also have voice message send to any e-mail account and/or device as a wav file attachment. Have do once more and see that working or not.
