Changing Unity Call Routing Rules Order

Is there a faster way to change the order of the forwarding rules in Unity 4.2.1?

I have a large list of them and need to move the Default Call Handler to the bottom. This is going to take about an hour or more using SA.

Nothing supported - there is a tech tool (not TAC supported) that you'll find under \commserver\techtools\ called "AvRulerEditor.exe" that will be quite a bit faster than the SA. Same basic idea, though - you have to move rules one at a time.

When you run it pick "routing" rules (there are no such things as rejection rules any longer) and use the move up and move down buttons to move your rules around then hit "ok" to save them.
