Does anyone have the link to the sample scripts that can be downloaded for Contact Center Express? I have been looking around on Cisco's site and I just keep finding installation and configuration guides but I can't locate the sample scripts that would come when the system was originally installed. If anybody is willing to share the link I would appreciate it.

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\scripts

There are always some with your server install and whenyou install the CRS editor they are there too. look for .aef files.

if you need any particular just shoot an email love to help.

That is Volume 1, there are 2 and 3 also
