Allow callers to dial an extension during greeting send call to greeting !!

Hi, my name is Tomas and i configure the tipical menu with call handler of unity 4X:

Greeting“Hello. This is the XXXX Corporation. You may enter an extension at any time.For the order department, press 1.For current job openings, press 2.For operator assistance, press 0.”

but when choice the phones number while greeting is played , i hear the greeting of the user to prompt to leave message.

i want ring the thelephone of the user, not leave messages ,,,

What can I do?

You need to change the Call Transfer settings for each subscriber or through Bulk Edit Tool.

By default, Subscribers are set to transfer to t o greeting. You need to set it to transfer to extension
